510 Driggs

The 510 Driggs Ave project is to be a state-of-the-art mixed-use building in an up and coming area of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located one station away from Manhattan with the L train, the 89,066 SF building will be comprised of a combination of spaces for retail, parking, offices, and residential uses. It will be a very opportunistic addition to an area already undergoing tremendous change. The building’s organization is generated by stacking all uses by means of two different but connected entities. The bigger volume blends all programs in a macrostructure with a clear structural system. The scale that resembles the old Brooklyn warehouses, combined with the building materiality, maximizes the retail presence and visibility.
